THE DUDE’S Booking TERMS AND CONDITIONS | 2023
Shows require a MINIMUM of 4 bands/musical artists
(for Friday and Saturday shows 4-5 bands/musical artists is preferable)Each of these bands/artists should independently be able to bring a crowd of 15
TBD for support acts is fine when securing a date!
You must work hard and do your absolute best to get the word out and pack seats
Treat the venue with respect and humility
Treat the staff with respect and kindness
You must answer all messages in a timely manner and notify us immediately of any cancellations, changes to line-ups, etc.
After booking is confirmed, please add your event details to both Willamette Weekly and The Portland Mercury:
BEFORE THE SHOW
Load-in should be no sooner than 1-hour before your show
PERFORMANCES should start around 7:30/8pm
PERFORMANCES must end by 11:45pm
We are a 21+ only venue. No minors are allowed after 7pm.
We have a full drum kit, PA system, amps and mics available for use.
PLEASE DO NOT BRING/UNLOAD A DRUM KIT! (Cymbals and snare are fine!)
Please provide a list of all members of all bands to us prior to show night!
SHOWTIME! Payment + DRINKS
To make money, charge a cover!
We will collect cover at the bar, and show you the total sales at the end of the night, and then Venmo / Cash App you.

* Please note there is a 5% credit card processing fee
Drink Tickets
Bands will receive 1 drink ticket (beer/can/well) per member (MAX 10). Please collect prior to start of show from bartender.
